Just a simple folk song I wrote today about my dreams of New Zealand.

Guitar chords are in small brackets below:

(C, Am, C, G)
(Am, C, Am, G)

I have trembled
And been alone
In this restless world I'm in.

Have been lookin'
For a safe haven
To call my own.

But I have found
No such place.
So, I'm thinkin' of New Zealand.

Like the Zed
in the alphabet,
New Zealand's my last hope.

It's another dream
to hold on to
On the stormy ocean I'm on.

So, if you don't see me there
That's because it's just a dream
To hold on to for a while
When all other dreams are gone.
